I rapporten <em>Global Mobility Trends: Decoded, Traveler Insights 2026<\/em> uppger 68 procent att de sannolikt skulle anv\u00e4nda en AI-baserad reseassistent f\u00f6r att f\u00f6resl\u00e5 och boka transporter.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Av dessa svarar 33 procent att de \u00e4r mycket ben\u00e4gna att anv\u00e4nda AI-verktyg, medan endast 13 procent \u00e4r negativa till tekniken.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Rapporten visar att AI uppskattas under hela reseupplevelsen. \u00d6ver 80 procent av resen\u00e4rerna vill anv\u00e4nda AI f\u00f6r personliga rekommendationer f\u00f6re och under resan, samtidigt som n\u00e4ra 80 procent ser v\u00e4rde i AI-st\u00f6d \u00e4ven efter resan, exempelvis genom lojalitetserbjudanden och skr\u00e4ddarsydda f\u00f6rslag.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u2013 AI f\u00f6r\u00e4ndrar resen\u00e4rernas f\u00f6rv\u00e4ntningar snabbare \u00e4n n\u00e5gon annan trend, s\u00e4rskilt inom mobilitet. Hyperpersonalisering och realtidsinformation \u00e4r nu avg\u00f6rande f\u00f6r att skapa en smidig reseupplevelse, s\u00e4ger Peter Altmann, Vice President Mobility and Travel Protection p\u00e5 Amadeus.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Resen\u00e4rer villiga att dela data<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">F\u00f6r att m\u00f6jligg\u00f6ra mer personaliserade tj\u00e4nster \u00e4r m\u00e5nga resen\u00e4rer ocks\u00e5 beredda att dela personuppgifter. N\u00e4stan h\u00e4lften, 47 procent, kan t\u00e4nka sig att l\u00e4mna k\u00f6rkortsuppgifter i f\u00f6rv\u00e4g f\u00f6r att f\u00f6renkla hyrbilsprocessen. Samtidigt \u00e4r 42 procent villiga att dela reseuppgifter och 40 procent kan t\u00e4nka sig att l\u00e4mna pass- eller ID-information.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Efterfr\u00e5gan p\u00e5 smartare och h\u00e5llbara l\u00f6sningar<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Online-incheckning toppar listan \u00f6ver de mest efterfr\u00e5gade funktionerna inom mobilitetstj\u00e4nster, f\u00f6ljt av personliga ruttf\u00f6rslag och realtidsvarningar vid st\u00f6rningar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Rapporten visar ocks\u00e5 ett stort intresse f\u00f6r framtidens mobilitetsl\u00f6sningar. \u00d6ver h\u00e4lften av de tillfr\u00e5gade uppger att de kan t\u00e4nka sig att anv\u00e4nda uppkopplade trafiksystem, el- och hybridfordon samt mobility-as-a-service-plattformar. \u00c4ven hyperloop, autonoma fordon och dr\u00f6nartaxi v\u00e4cker stort intresse.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">H\u00e5llbarhet spelar samtidigt en allt viktigare roll. \u00d6ver 60 procent av resen\u00e4rerna s\u00e4ger att de \u00e4r villiga att betala mer f\u00f6r h\u00e5llbara resealternativ. Bland yngre generationer \u00e4r betalningsviljan \u00e4nnu h\u00f6gre \u2013 75 procent av Gen Z och 70 procent av millennials kan t\u00e4nka sig att betala extra f\u00f6r elfordon.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Friktionen i resandet kvarst\u00e5r<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Trots tekniska framsteg visar rapporten att m\u00e5nga fortfarande upplever problem i samband med resor.
