Med en bakgrund som cirkusartist, inom f\u00f6rs\u00e4ljning och p\u00e5 resebolaget Ving, var Sofie v\u00e4l rustad f\u00f6r \u00e4ventyret som \u00f6ppning av ett nytt hotell inneb\u00e4r. Sofie \u00e4r uppvuxen i Ludvika, Dalarna, d\u00e4r hon tidigt fick upp intresset f\u00f6r cirkus och akrobatik.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201c<em>Tack vare cirkusen har jag l\u00e4rt mig s\u00e5 mycket. Exempelvis vikten av att lita p\u00e5 dina team, hur avg\u00f6rande det \u00e4r att vara f\u00f6rberedd innan du g\u00e5r upp p\u00e5 scenen och att \u2018practice makes perfect\u2019. Det har jag tagit med mig till hotellet<\/em>\u201d, s\u00e4ger Sofie Hellsing.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Under \u00e5ret som receptionschef har Sofie coachat sitt team som uppn\u00e5tt fantastiska resultat i b\u00e5de g\u00e4stn\u00f6jdhet och medarbetarn\u00f6jdhet.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201c<em>Jag har varit med p\u00e5 resan som Quality Hotel The Mill haft sedan dag ett och sett den fantastiska utveckling som vi g\u00e5tt igenom detta \u00e5ret. Det \u00e4r med extra mycket hj\u00e4rta som jag g\u00e5r in i min nya roll f\u00f6r jag tror verkligen p\u00e5 detta hotellet och ser fram emot att forts\u00e4tta coacha oss fram\u00f6ver<\/em>\u201d, s\u00e4ger Sofie.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Receptionsteamet har med Sofies ledning \u00f6vertr\u00e4ffat samtliga m\u00e5l under sitt f\u00f6rsta \u00e5r. Av alla Quality Hotel i Sverige, Norge och Danmark fick de h\u00f6gst resultat i g\u00e4sternas bed\u00f6mning av receptionens service.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201c<em>Sofie har gjort ett otroligt bra arbete med att bygga upp teamet i receptionen och jag \u00e4r s\u00e5 glad \u00f6ver det hon \u00e5stadkommit d\u00e4r. Nu har vi haft \u00f6ppet i ett \u00e5r och beh\u00f6ver v\u00e4xla upp till n\u00e4sta niv\u00e5, f\u00f6r mig \u00e4r det sj\u00e4lvklart att Sofie ska st\u00e5 i centrum f\u00f6r den biten<\/em>\u201d, s\u00e4ger Burim Sumiq, Hotelldirekt\u00f6r p\u00e5 Quality Hotel The Mill.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Som hotellchef vill Sofie inspirera till ett h\u00e5llbart arbetss\u00e4tt i organisationen, d\u00e4r s\u00e5v\u00e4l medarbetarnas h\u00e4lsa som ett genomg\u00e5ende milj\u00f6t\u00e4nk \u00e4r grundpelare. Quality Hotel har som m\u00e5l att vara Nordens B\u00e4sta Arbetsplats och det driver naturligtvis den t\u00e4vlingsinriktade Sofie.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201c<em>Balans \u00e4r ett av mina ledord i livet och kommer att bidra till att vi blir en \u00e4nnu b\u00e4ttre arbetsplats genom att uppmuntra till balans p\u00e5 alla plan. Allt fr\u00e5n balans mellan arbete och fritid, mellan skoj och allvar, till balans mellan tr\u00e4ning och \u00e5terh\u00e4mtning.
