Arbetstagaren kan d\u00e4rmed bli drabbad av en ekonomisk f\u00f6rlust vilket betyder att arbetsgivaren kan bli tvungen att ers\u00e4tta den anst\u00e4llde f\u00f6r den ekonomiska skada \u00e5terkallandet av beviljad semester inneburit.
