2018 will be a busy year for Icelandair: In addition to five new US destinations opening in May and June, the number of flights to Tampa will double from two to four weekly departures. The trip across the Atlantic will take place on Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday and Sunday. The return from Tampa and the white sandy beaches will take place on Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and Saturday. Icelandair, as you know, also flies to Orlando so it is entirely possible to combine the two destinations. The flight time from Keflavik to Tampa Bay is approximately 7 hours and a short change in Keflavik, Iceland makes it easy and convenient.
