She started at the reception desk at Clarion Collection Hotel Odin in Gothenburg. After that, her career has been straight forward from reception manager, to reservations manager and then hotel manager. Last year, she was selected as a candidate for the Nordic Choice Hotels Management Trainee program. After successfully completing the program, Josefine is now given the prestigious assignment of General Manager at Clarion Collection Hotel Fregatten in Varberg.

– I am incredibly grateful to have been entrusted with running and developing Clarion Collection Hotel Fregatten to new levels. Together with my wonderful team, the ambition is to create an obvious meeting place for both hotel guests and locals. It feels fantastic to represent the hotel and to be able to contribute to developing Varberg as a destination together with other players in the city, says Josefine Gudmundson.
