The technical glitch with the air traffic control system at Arlanda Airport that caused stoppages and delays in air traffic yesterday has been resolved.
This Sunday, flights are running according to schedule, according to Swedavia.
”"The plan is now running at the scheduled time in the morning," says Fredrik Elgh at Swedavia's press desk.
Shortly after 4 p.m. on Saturday, an error occurred in an operating system at a control center at Arlanda. Several aircraft that were ready to take off on the ground north of Jönköping were then not given permission to take off while waiting for aircraft that were in the air to land. The incident resulted in 250 flights being delayed.
