Norwegian was named the best low-cost airline in Europe 2018 this weekend by the World Travel Awards, which represents the global travel industry.
This is the ninth award the company has received so far this year.
The World Travel Awards are presented to the best in the travel industry, and industry representatives vote for their favorites. This is the fourth time Norwegian has received this award.
– A big thank you to everyone who voted for us. This award is a recognition of the fantastic work that our 9,500 dedicated employees do every day and shows that new aircraft, good service and low prices are appreciated, says Norwegian's CEO Bjørn Kjos.
