At Ryanair, over 6,000 cabin crew members in 21 different countries have threatened to strike during the summer unless the airline meets certain demands, including pay increases.
Cabin crew representatives have written a list of demands to the airline.
From staff based abroad, one of the requirements is not to have an Irish bank as it does not give them access to loans. Some employees say they have a lot of pressure from management to meet sales targets rather than focus on customer service.
The list of demands also includes demands for fair pay, the right to sick pay, a supportive work culture and better safety.
The threat from the cabin crew came shortly after the Dublin-based pilots notified the company of a strike that will last for 24 hours.
