The hotel will have an attractive location by Slottsparken in central Linköping. The ambition is to create a hotel that is inviting for both hotel guests and Linköping residents who want to socialize, work, eat and drink. The hotel will have 150 rooms and is planned to open in December 2019.

The hotel will be built similar to the Best Western and hotel in Stockholm City, which has had great success through its innovative concept with a high degree of design, vibrant public spaces and smart rooms.

The hotel will become part of Best Western Hotels & Resorts.
