Gatwick Airport in London may change major owners.
The airport is the UK's second largest and Norwegian and Ryanair, for example, fly to Gatwick.
The Canada Pension Plan Investment Board, together with a group of investors, may buy out Global Infrastructure Partners and thereby become the largest owner, Sky News reports, citing sources.
Global Infrastructure Partners has been the largest owner since 2009.
The valuation of Gatwick could exceed £3 billion, according to the sources.
