After a turbulent spring with a protracted conflict over wages and savings, Air France has now reached a wage agreement with the cabin and ground staff unions.
“This is proof of our commitment to restoring the trust of all Air France employees,” said the company’s CEO Ben Smith.
The airline was hit by a wave of strikes in the spring of 2018, which are estimated to have cost around 300 million euros and led to the resignation of former CEO Jean-Marc Janaillacs.
