Starting Tuesday next week, passengers flying economy class with SAS within the Nordic region are encouraged to bring their own breakfast or order it in advance.

Then the airline will stop selling breakfast on the plane.

According to the airline, breakfast is being withdrawn to reduce food waste as food that remains unsold must be discarded.
