A charter plane from TUI en route from Luleå to the Canary Islands had to make an emergency landing in Faro, Portugal, on Thursday.
The cause was a problem with cabin pressure, according to Norrbottens-Kuriren.
The plane took off three hours late from Kallax because there were also problems on the way there.
There were around 170 passengers on board when the decision was made to cancel the flight to Gran Canaria. They were supposed to be there at 1:30 p.m. on Thursday. Instead, the passengers spent the evening at the airport in Portugal, where a new plane took off for their destination after 9 p.m.
