The airline SAS's international booking system has suffered a technical problem, making it difficult for passengers to view existing bookings.
However, it does not affect check-in at airports or air traffic.
– We are working hard to solve the problem, says Freja Annamats, press manager at SAS Sweden.
Since 1:30 p.m. today, Thursday, it has been difficult to access reservations and check-in online for customers who have booked SAS tickets. The problems apply to SAS reservations worldwide.
– We currently have a technical problem connected to the booking system that makes it difficult to see bookings on our website. We are working hard to solve the problem and hope that it will be resolved as soon as possible, says Freja Annamats, press manager at SAS Sweden.
The problem only concerns the ability to access your own bookings digitally:
– You cannot access the booking via the site, but check in as usual at the airport, says Annamats.
Shortly before two o'clock, SAS Sweden's press manager returned and said that the error had now been fixed. She also stated that other airlines, including KLM, had also been affected by the same error.
