Tourists who come to Stockholm by cruise ship generate large revenues for the region, writes TT.

– Those who stay for a day spend an average of 760 SEK per person, says Ingrid Hansson, press manager at Stockholm Ports, to the news agency.

Last year, cruise tourists spent over 600 million kronor in the Stockholm area on food, shopping and hotels, and in 2019 the number of passengers traveling to the city is expected to increase.
