An American cruise ship in the Caribbean has been quarantined in Saint Lucia after a staff member on the ship contracted measles.
Up to 300 people, passengers and staff, have not been allowed to leave the ship since Monday, the country's health authorities said, according to the American NBC.
The employee has been isolated, her condition is reported by doctors on board to be stable.
