In February, Pop House, with Björn Ulvaeus as owner, bought the hotel operations at Hotell Hasselbacken, now it is clear that they are also buying the hotel building for 480 million kronor from Pandox.

The hotel has 113 rooms and is located on Djurgården in central Stockholm. Pop House, which is buying the property, has former Abba member Björn Ulvaeus and EQT founder Conni Jonssons as main owners. The company operates Abba the museum, Pop House Hotel and the Cirkus theatre complex, which they acquired in 2017.

In February, Pop House purchased the hotel operations for Hasselbacken for 230 million on a debt-free basis from Scandic.

The sale will have a positive impact of approximately SEK 100 million in the second quarter of 2019 for Pandox.
