After the summer, the business will be led by Jacob Dahlberg, who will take office as new CEO on September 2.

Jacob has a strong feeling for Jämtland, partly with family roots from Vemdalen. He most recently came from the role of General Manager at Scandic's signature hotel Downtown Camper in Stockholm, with a solid background in the hotel industry with previous positions within the Scandic group, Riksgränsen, Hemavan Tärnaby, Åre and others.

– The longing for Jämtland has always been there and I have been taken by the mountains after many years in the mountains. I am really looking forward to the lifestyle and the opportunities that it means to live and work close to nature. It feels incredibly inspiring to continue the journey with a concept that is right on time where contemplation, training, sustainable thinking and qualitative meetings are in focus. Frösön is also an excellent place that is easily reached directly via Europe and Sweden's metropolitan regions, which means great opportunities for Östersund as a destination.
