Norwegian suspends direct flights to the US indefinitely

Low-cost airline Norwegian has announced that it is canceling flights to eleven US destinations for the winter, Check-in writes with reference to Norwegian. The route between Stockholm and Orlando is being cancelled "indefinitely".

In total, there are six routes between Scandinavia and the USA that are being canceled during the winter season: Copenhagen to New York, Los Angeles and Fort Lauderdale; Oslo to Los Angeles and Orlando; and Stockholm to New York. 

Another route, between Stockholm and Orlando, is being canceled "indefinitely," Norwegian said. The route was inaugurated in October last year.

Norwegian is also canceling four more routes between Europe and the US over the winter: London to Chicago and Denver; Paris to Boston; and Rome to Los Angeles.

The route between London and Las Vegas is also being cancelled "indefinitely".
