This weekend's train stoppage to be investigated

The Swedish Transport Administration will now investigate the cause of the three-day train stop that affected traffic in Blekinge and Skåne this weekend.

A fault occurred in a catenary between Höör and Hässleholm, and it took a long time to get traffic back on track.

The Swedish Transport Administration's Ola Malmberg tells Ekot that it would be desirable to replace all overhead lines in the event of a fault, but there is no money for that.

The short circuit may have been caused by birds.
