Stockholm Central is being renovated for seven years

On Monday, the Swedish Transport Administration will begin renovating parts of Stockholm Central.

The renovation work will last seven years and take place in five stages, affecting, among other things, parts of the station and railway area, the Swedish Transport Administration writes in a press release.

Among other things, tracks and switches will be replaced, platforms will be completely renovated and the "Yellow Gate" will get a facelift.
