The passenger ferry Princess Anastasia has run aground off Lidingö after going off course. The ship has stated that no one was injured, reports Expressen.
”"It was heading towards Helsinki and has encountered some kind of blackout. It has ended up in the southern part of Lidingö," says Johan Beischer at the Maritime and Air Rescue Center to TT.
He says there are just over 1,000 people on board.
A tugboat is on site. The ferry is in municipal waters. The rescue service is on its way there now, writes Expressen.
