A small plane has been hijacked in Papua New Guinea, writes AFP.

Armed men hijacked the plane, forcing the pilot to land on a deserted airfield.

– Upon landing, the perpetrators stole the cargo and fled the area, says a spokesperson for the company Tropic Air.
