Madeleine Raukas has been appointed as acting CEO of the state-owned train company SJ, the company writes in a press release. At the same time, the search for a permanent CEO continues after Crister Fritzson, who resigned in the autumn.

Madeleine Raukas will step into the role on 1 March. In October last year, Crister Fritzson announced that he was leaving his position as CEO of SJ. He will remain with the company until the end of March, when he will take over as CEO of the listed company Net Insight, which provides solutions for media networks.

Madeleine Raukas is currently the head of the largest division within SJ AB since 2012 and Executive Vice President of SJ AB since the summer of 2019. She has also previously held roles as Executive Vice President at Storstockholms Lokaltrafik (SL) and as CEO of SAS Ground Service Sweden.

The role of vice president will be taken over by Henrik Rättzén, who is the company's CFO.,
