Air Leap.

Unlike many other airlines, Air Leap, which serves several destinations in Sweden and the Nordic region, has not been forced into a crisis during the pandemic. On the contrary, passenger numbers have grown.

From June 15 to July 31, the number of passengers has increased by 70 percent compared to the same period last year, the company writes in a statement.

Since this spring, the company has announced an expansion with eight routes: from Arlanda, Bromma and Visby. During the summer, more initiatives have also been added, with services from Bromma to Gothenburg, Malmö and Ängelholm.

”"We saw that there was a demand for air travel, which is evident in the number of travelers, even though it is lower than in previous years. Now we will continue to work on increasing the number of departures and developing our product," says Emelie Ahlin, Marketing Manager at Air Leap, in a press release.
