The consumer magazine Råd & Rön updates twice a year which companies have refused to follow the Swedish National Board of Consumer Complaints' recommendations and thus end up on the blacklist. Last spring, the low-cost airline Ryanair was the worst. So again this year, with 17 new cases mainly concerning compensation for cancelled or delayed flights.

In second place is the low-cost airline Vueling with 16 new cases, followed by Turkish airlines with seven new cases.

A total of 177 companies are now on the blacklist, with 233 cases – compared to last year's 158 companies and 181 cases.

Most cases can be categorized under travel, the majority of which are air travel. In total, 20 companies within the travel category owe customers SEK 418,000 if they had followed ARN's recommendations.
