Among travelers who have not received compensation from SAS for canceled trips, patience seems to be running out. Around 50 customers have turned to the Swedish Enforcement Authority for compensation, according to Dagens Industri.
According to Di, the airline has ignored a claim for compensation that a customer submitted to the Swedish Enforcement Authority, which will therefore levy a garnishment on SAS. The authority has determined that the airline must pay the debt, including interest and fees.
