Unfortunately, tickets are sold out. That's the announcement from Space X ahead of what is being called the first entirely civilian, private spaceflight in history.

“When this trip is over, people will look back on it as the first time ordinary people were able to go into space,” says 38-year-old entrepreneur Jared Isaacman, who is one of the four participants.

However, not just anyone has had the chance – Isaacman has become very rich with his e-commerce company Shift 4 Payments. He is the one who bought the four tickets, for an undisclosed but certainly substantial sum, from Elon Musk's rocket company Space X.

The trip is being promoted to raise funds to fight cancer, and passenger number two is 29-year-old Hayley Arceneaux, who has recovered from bone cancer.

The last two travelers are named Chris Sembroski, 41, from Seattle and Sian Proctor, 51, from Arizona.

The quartet will leave Earth in a Dragon capsule, the same vehicle that Space X uses to ferry astronauts to and from the International Space Station (ISS). The trip, dubbed Inspiration 4, will last 3-4 days and is planned for this fall.
