The airline SAS and Airtours are extending their cooperation on charter and scheduled flights. The new agreement begins this summer and runs until 2024 with a value of just over SEK 800 million over four years. This is stated in a press release.
SAS will initially fly Airtours customers to and from Gothenburg and Stockholm to a number of destinations around the Mediterranean.
”"We are very pleased about the new agreement with Airtours. Charter partnerships are an important part of SAS's strategy to seasonally adjust capacity. It is a positive signal and we look forward to meeting increasing demand for travel, as the world gradually opens up as more and more people are vaccinated," says Markus Ek, Global Sales Manager at SAS, in a comment.
