Airlines SAS and Norwegian state that as of Monday, passengers are no longer required to wear face masks when traveling within Scandinavia, reports Sveriges Radio Ekot.
”"We operate in Sweden, Norway and Denmark, and now that all three countries have opened up for both travel and other activities and stepped down on restrictions, we no longer see a need to have face mask requirements on domestic flights and these flights between the Scandinavian countries," says SAS SAS +0.19% Press Manager Freja Annamatz to the radio.
On flights between the Scandinavian countries and the rest of the world, face masks will continue to be required.
