Dissatisfaction with management among members of the Unionen cabin crew association is high, with 89 percent of those who responded to a survey stating that they have no confidence in management and believe that several members of management should resign.
Two out of three members responded to the survey and 94 percent state that they have no confidence in the management's business model.
The management of SAS has restructured and started a couple of new SAS companies that will operate in Copenhagen, Stockholm and Oslo, and there is great fear that current SAS employees will lose their jobs when new SAS companies are started.
