A Czech tourist in her 30s has been thrown out of Venice for 48 hours and fined just over 5,000 kronor.
First the woman bathed in the water, then she climbed up, sunbathed and posed topless on an Italian war memorial while her friends took pictures of her, writes CNN. The monument is dedicated to the women who fought against the fascists.
She was arrested by police for disorderly conduct. She is not the first tourist to “misbehave” in Venice and break the rules.
– It's like traveling to Rome, jumping in the Trevi Fountain and then saying, "What do you mean, you're not allowed to do that?", says one resident to CNN. Source:aftonbladet
