Today, Denmark is lifting virtually all of its corona restrictions, and restaurant owners that VG newspaper spoke to are hoping for more life on the streets and more restaurant guests.

At the same time, the requirement for testing and quarantine upon entry will remain for those who cannot present a valid corona certificate.

Also in September last fall, Denmark lifted all restrictions, but after increasing infection numbers and hospitalizations, they had to be reintroduced two months later.
