SAS will save an additional 7.5 billion SEK, the airline announced in a press release.

There was a loss of SEK 2.6 billion for the period November-January.

“"SAS has for many years been burdened by a cost structure that is not competitive and prevents the company from reaching its full potential. In addition, the last two years have been the most challenging in the history of the airline industry," the airline writes in a press release.

Furthermore, the company writes:

”"Travel patterns and market conditions are changing and will further impact the company. SAS is more in need of a reboot than ever."”
