The German state is now selling its stake in the German airline Lufthansa.
During the pandemic, the state stepped in and bought part of the airline to support it when all travel came to a standstill. The German state's ownership stake then became 9.92 percent.
But since then, the airline's finances have improved. Now the German state is selling everything, making a profit of 760 million euros (equivalent to nearly 8.1 billion kronor).
