More people flew with SAS in September

In September, 2 million passengers traveled with the airline SAS, an increase of approximately 72 percent compared to the same month the previous year, according to a press release.

 SAS +0.51% capacity (ASK) increased by 53 percent compared to the same period last year. Compared to last month, the total number of passengers increased by 7 percent and capacity decreased by 5 percent.

The cabin factor for September was 78 percent, an improvement of 24 percentage points compared to September last year.

RPK, the number of passenger kilometers, rose by 120 percent.
