Västtrafik's app is down on Tuesday morning and travelers can travel free for 30 minutes.

– There have been technical problems, so they usually automatically send out free tickets while they troubleshoot, says Ivan Farmerin, disruption coordinator at Västtrafik to the newspaper.

While the technicians try to resolve the problem, the ticket is extended by 30 minutes each time. 

– And if they fix it, you are allowed to keep the ticket, it usually lasts for half an hour, Farmerin tells GP.
