As of December 21, the company acquired Hovde Hotell AB from Trångsvikens Holding AB.
The hotel is located in the best location directly on Vemdalsskalets square with a few ski boot steps and close to the facilities that Vemdalen offers.

The hotel consists of 22 hotel rooms, a restaurant and a doctor's office.
