Astrid Lindgren's World theme park sues the state for 52 million kronor, reports P4 Kalmar.
The reason for the lawsuit is that the park was forced to remain closed during the pandemic summer of 2020 due to how the Police Authority interpreted the restrictions.
Astrid Lindgren's World has previously been successful in an appeal to the Administrative Court.
– We have now decided that we will move forward and have this tried in court. This is damage that has been caused to us, says the theme park's CEO Joacim Johansson to TT.
