Air France-KLM becomes new owner of SAS.

The aviation giant has purchased 20 percent of the shares at a value of SEK 13.2 billion.

”"By entering into this investment agreement as SAS's next step in the Chapter 11 process in the US. The investment is an important milestone in our SAS Forward plan and shows that our new investors believe in SAS and our potential to continue to be at the forefront of the aviation industry for many years to come," says SAS CEO Anko van der Werff in a press release.
