An SJ express train on its way to Stockholm had to stop in Gistad outside Linköping after an unexpected fault.

– There is something wrong with the train that makes it impossible to continue, says Anders Edgren, press spokesperson for SJ. What type of error it is is still unclear.

The passengers are now allowed to evacuate to another train that will take them all the way to Stockholm.

– Another train pulls up alongside the broken one and the passengers have to cross, says Anders Edgren.

The journey may now be delayed by up to two hours.
