Train services are at a standstill on routes including Stockholm-Gothenburg, Stockholm-Malmö, and Stockholm-Linköping due to an electrical fault, reports SJ.

The problems started just before 6 p.m. and the fault means that commuter trains between Södertälje and Gnesta are also standing still.

Two more hours later and there is still no forecast for when traffic can resume.

An accident in Årstaberg is also contributing to delays in southbound commuter train services, SL reports. SVT.
