The last day for trading in SAS's existing ordinary shares on the stock exchanges in Stockholm, Oslo and Copenhagen will be today, Tuesday, August 13, SAS writes in a press release. It will also be the last day for trading in the company's listed hybrid bonds.

The announcement comes after the Stockholm District Court approved a reconstruction plan for SAS and the plan is to complete the reconstruction at the end of August.

The delisted airline – which previously had the Wallenberg Sphere and the Swedish state as two major owners – will, when the process is complete, be controlled by an ownership constellation including Air France-KLM, the investment company Castlelake, the Danish state and financier Henrik Lind.

The SAS share price before the delisting is 2 öre.
