Flight delays are set to decrease with new EU law: ”Undeniably needed”

Air travellers will arrive faster when a new EU law allows for shorter flight routes, while the number of delayed flights is also expected to decrease as airspace is used more efficiently.

The law was signed last week, but the change will happen gradually over several years.
