Quality Hotel, which will operate Swedavia's new airport hotel at Arlanda. The hotel will be the largest airport hotel in the Nordic region with 656 hotel rooms and will be located directly adjacent to SkyCity. Construction is planned to start in 2027.

There is great interest in the market to establish itself at Stockholm Arlanda Airport. In the process of the hotel investment, several players have shown interest. After a careful evaluation process, Strawberry is the player that Swedavia Real Estate has chosen to collaborate with.

This is about continuing to contribute to developing Arlanda as an airport and its strong position as an attractive airport. The hotel will have a large congress hall that allows for various gatherings, with space for 1,400 people, as well as conference areas for approximately 400 guests. There will be a restaurant with several different concepts and social areas, as well as a specially designed, green and lush outdoor environment for a relaxed stay in the hotel's courtyard.
The new full-service hotel will be located directly adjacent to Terminal 5, with a five-minute walk to SkyCity. The hotel, which will be operated by Strawberry, plans to open to guests during the first quarter of 2029.
The hotel operator Strawberry already has two other hotels at Arlanda, Clarion Hotel and Comfort Hotel, which are located in the SkyCity area. The Quality Hotel chain is one of the largest hotel chains in the Nordic region with over 60 hotels, focusing on meetings and families with children.
