The new destination hotel Hjortviken Country Club is auctioning off 150 hotel rooms, 10 meeting rooms and a 1750 sq m Pool Club to benefit this year's Music Aid.
ESS Group's latest venture, Hjortviken Country Club, is being built in the forests outside Gothenburg, with a premiere on January 20. Already this summer, they held their first charitable activity in Hjortviken Cycle Raise, where they raised approximately SEK 300,000 for the benefit of the Queen Silvia Children's Hospital Foundation. Now they are taking the next step in their charitable journey and auctioning off the entire hotel resort for 24 hours.
”"I am proud when these initiatives appear and for me there is no doubt that we will auction off the entire hotel for charitable purposes. ESS Group has tried it once before with very successful results when we auctioned off the entire Steam Hotel for the benefit of Musikhjälpen 2019 which raised approximately SEK 360,000."” says Kent Johansson, CEO Hjortviken Country Club.
In addition to the 150 hotel rooms, 10 meeting rooms and the large Pool Club, the winner of the auction will have access to a unique party room, two restaurants, five bars, a playground with shuffle board, darts and ping pong, and their own project coordinator who will tailor the stay.
”"It is close to my heart and Hjortviken Country Club to help and contribute to charity and nothing makes me happier when my boss says, of course! I of course have high hopes and there is no better way to bring home this year's kick-off, major conference or to celebrate the successes while contributing to Musikhjälpen 2024? To all the entrepreneurs and business leaders out there, now we are doing this together!"” Says Kent Johansson, CEO of Hjortviken Country Club.
