Remove

American Express will pay a fine of a total of 230 million dollars, equivalent to just over 2.5 billion kronor, for the company's use of overly aggressive sales methods, reports The Wall Street Journal.

The American credit card giant states that the company has cooperated with relevant regulatory authorities to address the problems, including through changes in the organization and training of employees.

According to American Express, the criticized methods have not been used since 2021.
