Pandox buys German hotel for 66 million euros

Pandox has signed an agreement to acquire the 275-room Pullman Cologne Hotel in central Cologne. The acquisition price is approximately EUR 66 million and is financed by cash and existing credit facilities.

This is stated in a press release.

Occupancy is planned for the second quarter of 2025 with Accor Invest as the tenant.

The direct yield is expected to be approximately 6.5 percent with the possibility of an increase after renovation.

The sum corresponds to just over 725 million Swedish kronor.
