March 27–28, 2025 marks the tenth anniversary of the Senior Festival in Gothenburg, an established meeting place for seniors with a focus on health, culture and community. The festival takes place at the Swedish Fair and offers a wide-ranging program of lectures, hands-on activities and exhibitors that highlight different aspects of an active senior life.

Culture and entertainment in focus The anniversary year highlights music, art and stage performances as an important part of the festival. Visitors can take part in concerts, theatre productions and literary talks. Among the participants are comedian Ann Westin, author and August Prize winner Marit Kapla, TV stylist Hulda Andersson and former National Police Chief Björn Eriksson.
