A year ago, on May 17, 2024, Snälltåget inaugurated the Stockholm - Copenhagen line, which has been running every day since the end of October last year. Interest in the line has been great and the booking situation for the summer is significantly higher compared to last year.
“We have exceeded our expectations with the investment in Copenhagen,” says Marco Andersson, commercial manager for Snälltåget. Most customers who travel with Snälltåget to and from Copenhagen start or end their journey in Stockholm, Marco continues.
Currently, Snälltåget runs one departure every day Stockholm C 09.13 – Copenhagen H 15.05 and return Copenhagen H 16.07 – Stockholm 22.15. Snälltåget also offers travel between the Nordic capitals with Snälltåget departures on the Stockholm – Berlin line, and vice versa. Snälltåget departures on the Stockholm – Berlin line stop at Örestad station, with only a 6-minute journey to central Copenhagen.
